Puerto Nizuc | Editorial Design

Puerto Nizuc is a large-format editorial publication developed for a residential community. Rather than functioning as a sales catalogue, the book tells the story of the project through three chapters: Origin, centered on the site's landscape and vision; Heartbeat, focused on residential life and everyday experience; and Connection, highlighting its commitment to the surrounding environment while presenting the architectural proposal and construction process.

Designed across more than 300 pages, the publication combines typography, photography and architectural renders within a carefully paced editorial system. Through sequencing, composition and generous white space, it creates a reading experience that gradually reveals the identity of Puerto Nizuc.
